Epic Products: Print Media and Finishing Supplies

Price Policy:

One low price per item, regardless of quantity ordered, backed up by our 5% lowest price guarantee.

Minimum order:

None.

Payment:

We accept MasterCard, VISA, and AmEx, and we also accept checks from customers who have been approved for credit by Epic.

Taxes:

Prices do not include any applicable taxes or fees (if any).

Terms:

Net 45 days, 2% 21 day discount to customers who qualify for open credit.

Conditions:

You may take early pay discounts on current invoices that are within Epic’s specified terms only. Invoices older than 45 days must be paid in full. Epic reserves the right to apply payments against oldest balances first. You may use MasterCard/VISA/AmEx to pay previous balances due.

Freight:

Prepaid FOB WI warehouse. (Some orders may be shipped COD.)

Free shipping on any order of three rolls or more (must be rolled material) shipped by “ground” within the 48 states, providing the invoice has been paid in full and within terms. Any special handling charges, COD charges, air freight charges are not deductible.

Epic reserves the right as to choice of carrier. Rolls over 61” wide may be shipped on pallets per Epic’s choice.

Returns:

No products will be accepted for return by Epic Products without prior written return authorization from Epic. Any products over 1 year old are not eligible for return. Credits are for material replacement only—no cash refunds.

Any products accepted for return and deemed to be defective (after inspection by Epic) will have a credit or replacement issued at Epic’s discretion. All credits expire on 12/31 of the year issued.

Products returned to Epic subject to a possible 15% restocking charge.

Warranty:

All products issued by Epic have a one year warranty against defects. Epic is not responsible for any damage due to shipping or customer’s end use of the product. Epic is not responsible for any manufacturer’s warranty above and beyond Epic’s own warranty as stated above. Epic is not responsible for any incidental damages or costs over and above replacement of materials that were purchased from Epic originally.
